Kadsrra Digital Skills
Assessment and Training

We're a Creative Agency
who envision an Africa where Everything and Everyone is Online.

To this end, the course sought to provide skills and expertise in advanced data analysis as a strategic resource in data driven governance.

Finally, the traditional work space as we used to know it has evolved. The global COVID – 19 pandemic has ushered in the new normal, as the most efficient and adaptable organizations now work virtually from almost anywhere in the world.
This has challenged many governments to consider the digitalization of public
services being delivered by Ministries, departments and Agencies.

Rationale & Objectives

A number of factors and developments account for the importance of this training course. Firstly, the Kaduna public service is at an advanced stage of
transformation to make it more responsive to a rapidly and digitally changing
world. The critical role being played by information, communication and
technology (ICT) in translating policies into practical development outcomes
cannot be overemphasized.
To this end, the course seeks to provide participants with the basic digital skills, analytical skills
and expertise they need to leverage information technology to enhance the institutional capacity
of the government to implement service delivery policies and programmes.

The Kaduna State government as a member of the Open Government
Partnership (OGP) has made concrete commitments to promote transparency,
data driven development and harness new technologies to strengthen
governance.
