Dr. Omano Edigheji is a Visionary and Accomplished Global Senior Executive and Thought Leader with over 20 years of successfully conducting responsive and innovative Education, Economics and Democratic Governance reforms across Africa; leading Economic, Development and Development Research; and convening capacity for Reforms. Function as a Subject Matter Expert Consultant and Advisor on Public Policy for national governments and regional institutions, civil society organizations, the private sector, and bilateral and multilateral development agencies. Demonstrated experience leading a cluster of cross-functional teams to achieve organizational aims and objectives, steer continued transformation, and proffer solutions to Africa’s development challenges. Possess a broad understanding of the social, economic, environmental, and political facing South Africa and the African continent, as well as global issues.
An Astute Leader and Multicultural Builder who understands the precepts of innovative and ethical leadership to lead diverse workforces and forge strategic partnerships with stakeholders for organizational, national, and continental transformation, as well as promote social dialogue among stakeholders. Proficient at utilizing assessment data to identify and distribute guidance on best commercial quality and promote and develop potential interventions that can improve national development outcomes. Mentors and motivates individuals from diverse backgrounds, encourages them to take positive actions, and be accountable to achieve objectives and key performance indicator.

Hafsatu Hamza is a seasoned programme manager with over 20 years of multi-sectoral experience, including 13 years in project management and community development, and 5 years in policy advocacy in Northern Nigeria. She excels in designing and delivering outcome-based training, quality assurance, and executing projects from inception to launch.
Hafsatu is also the founder and Rector of Teen Tycoons Preparatory Academy. Started in 2015, she became a player in the entrepreneurial game and has had a lot of hands-on experience with running a business in Kaduna. Teen Tycoons is now the first of its kind – a business school for children in Kaduna where primary school students are taught not only academics but skills – financial literacy, design technology – critical thinking, problem solving through the SDGs- that would make them good citizens in life. It is also the first primary school in Nigeria to offer the National Skills Qualification (NSQ). Hafsatu has achieved the Internal Verifier Quality Assurance Advanced Diploma in Teaching Training and Assessing Learning, from City and Guild, the Level 3 QAA certification and Level 4 Internal Quality Assurance Manager Certification both from the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) Center of Excellence.

Emmanuel Odeh Adikpe is a Digital specialist, passionate about leveraging technology for positive change. With over a decade of experience, Adikpe has emerged as a dynamic force, driving growth and innovation in the tech landscape.
Adikpe’s expertise and innovative ideas have helped top organizations around the world to develop and implement effective technology solutions to drive positive social change.
As a Champion trainer and mentor for the Grow With Google project, he has trained over 50,000 individuals and businesses across Sub-Saharan Africa and Europe.
Adikpe has been severally recognized for his exceptional leadership and contributions to the IT industry. He has won numerous awards and accolades, including the ‘Best Social Enterprise Project’ in Nigeria & Africa and globally. He was awarded Nigeria’s best digital skills trainer in 2017 and 2018. In 2019 he was awarded the Google Champion Trainer.

Adewole Adegbesan
Adewole Adegbasan is an adept senior banking professional, he brings over 15 years of strategic leadership to the financial sector. He specializes in business development, relationship management, and driving profitability in highly competitive environments.
With a proven track record at notable institutions such as First Bank of Nigeria, Access Bank, and Guaranty Trust Bank, Adewole consistently transforms underperforming branches and excels at acquiring high-value clients. His expertise includes credit analysis, financial planning, stakeholder management, and closing complex deals.
Recognized for pioneering successful initiatives and achieving substantial financial targets, Adewole possesses an MBA in International Affairs & Strategic Studies and a B.Sc. in Accounting. He is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
Prof. Kabiru S. Chafe
Professor Kabiru Sulaiman Chafe
Kabiru Sulaiman Chafe was born on 2nd May 1958. He obtained his bachelor’s and Doctorate degrees in History from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria. After a brief service in the Ministry of Education, Sokoto State, he joined the services of the History Department of Ahmadu Bello University in January 1986. He was seconded to the Nigerian National Commission for Museums and Monument and served as the Head of National Museum, Kaduna in 1991. In the same year he was selected as one of the 10 African scholars for the Sabbatical Fellowship on “Reflections on Development in Africa” by the Rockefeller Foundation, and consequently became a Visiting Fellow at the Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies in the 1991/1992 academic session.
In 1994, he was awarded a Rhodes Scholarship by the Chair of the Committee on Race Relations, St. Anthony’s College, University of Oxford. However, in the same year he was also elected a member of the 1994/95 Nigerian National Constitutional Conference, during which he was appointed Minister of State for Petroleum Resources and Member of the Nigerian Federal Executive Council. He returned to Ahmadu Bello University in 1998, during which he served as the Head of History Department; Dean, Faculty of Arts; Member of the University’s Governing Council, representing the University Congregation; the Pioneering Director of the Directorate of Information and Communication Technology; and Director, Arewa House – Centre for Historical Documentation and Research, Kaduna. He voluntarily retired from the services of Ahmadu Bello University on 30th April 2018. He is currently a founding member and Director, Arewa Research and Development Project; an independent Research Centre based in Kaduna.
